A Four Point Inspection focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home:

–Electrical wiring and panels

–Plumbing connections and fixtures

–Roof

Fees: Four Point Insurance: $225 cash or check, $234 credit/debit card

A Roof Condition Certification reports the condition, age, type, and any damage of your roofing material to an insurance company.

Roof Condition Certificate: $100.00
