We inspect the major systems of the house. These include the Roof, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Insulation, and Interior. Our goal is to identify any existing major problems that would affect a typical buyer’s decision to purchase.

Please know that a home inspection does not include:
Cosmetic items such as dings, paint or small cracks.
Aged homes and items that are worn from use and time. This is to be expected with older homes.
Life expectancy or the inspection of temporary appliances.
Cost of repairs or instructions on how to correct them.
Warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Moving seller’s personal items or furniture.
Energizing or turning on utilities.
Lastly, it is not designed to be a fix-all list. The inspection is intended to inform you of the condition of the home, allowing you to make an informed decision.
Fees: Home Inspection: $325 cash or check, $338 credit/debit card for standard residential dwellings up to 2,500 square feet. Contact us for the pricing of other dwellings.
(Due to rising costs in all areas, and new, more detailed requirements for insurance companies, we have unfortunately been forced to increase our prices by a small amount.)
