Services to include:

-Physically inspect property weekly-run water, flush toilets, ensure HVAC is operating properly, check for leaks and general well-being of property

-Ensure any additional owner-secured services are being conducted

-Provide owner a weekly update

Fees: beginning at $30 per visit

–Additional services and fees:

1) If a deficiency is detected, we will coordinate correction with owner/selected repair person, and be on site during repair. Rate: $25.00/hour.

2) Storm shutter closure or placement: When necessary and/or recommended by the National Weather Service or local Emergency Response Agencies, we will close or install storm shutters as approved by the owner. Rate: $25.00/hour/installer.
