This is a specialty inspection performed on your home, to provide your insurance company specific information about your home’s construction.  The style, building characteristics or components of your home will provide better protection in the event of a hurricane or high wind conditions. Characteristics include:

• Height or levels of the structure.
• Structural attachment or strapping of the roof or truss system.
• Wind Borne or impact protection of building openings such as windows and doors.
• Age and improvements to the roof shingles and decking.

Fees: Wind Mitigation Inspection: $130 cash or check, $135 credit/debit card.
